Production of modern optical systems is one of the basic Soguzo’s activities within the development of practical and in-demand engineering solutions. We produce prisms, micro-optics, optical filters, lens and laser optics. Upon an individual customer’s request, we produce optical elements and units (according to the provided drawings).
Production and development (directions)
The scientific and production complex, equipped with modern instruments, allows to develop and provide devices with high precision of the processed surface, various tolerances for angular, linear dimensions and parallelism. The list of proposed devices includes the following items:
- optical-mechanical devices (units)
- optical systems
- optoelectronic equipment
- opto-digital installations
Considerable attention is being given to the production of precision optical components, materials, spare parts and complexes. Crystals, glass ceramics, leucosaphire, quartz glass are in high demand.
Quality control at all the stages
The engaged staff are highly qualified; they are constantly being trained and improving their professional skills. We pay close attention to the periodic upgrade of the line, technical equipment of the scientific laboratories, and the enhancement of the knowledge of our technologists and engineers. Quality control is performed at all the production stages, using specialized equipment (spectrophotometer, interferometer, goniometer, etc.).
